Gender Equality Program:
In Pakistan women have lack of access to productive opportunities due to strong social culture barriers which lead imbalance and gap between men and women in society , this gap is huge in rural areas where the social barrier are bond with religious interpretation and n feudal composition of society . This program aims to provide equal opportunities to women to b empower to become equal s men’s status, Specific program of training, capacity building advocacy, awareness raising and providing social service for women would be launched under this program. Gender quality would be used as n approach also in all programs of DDS.

Journalist Skill Development Program:
As DDS was formed by the working journalists of Sindh so, it is the key objective that media person don’t have advance and modern skills of eth modern reporting mechanism and style and reporting so that is need to work in this area to make media am effective tool to amplifying people voice into the attention of state and policy makers. This program aims to enhance the reporting skills of journalists t in Sindh promote the media ethics through training workshops and to engage the media persons into the social change process.                                                                                                       (more)
