Community Development Program – CDP
This program aims at mobilizing rural communities for taking collective efforts and actions for sustainable development and intensifies their engaging through capacity building, provision of social services; training, awareness and community based institutional building. This program would also work for improving literacy rate in the rural areas especially girl’s and adult women, improve the health status of rural women through health education and basic heaths service at door step.

Women Empowerment Program – WEP
Women are the more than half of the total country’s population, but are excluded from the development process and their socio-economic and political rights are denied. This program aims to provide income generation opportunities and access to productive activities for the rural women through skill building, capacity development, leadership enchantment and political education of their rights.

Environment & Natural Resource Management: 
Environment is the key and emerging issue of the development and has brought the global attention, there is strong need to work for conversation of environment and natural resources through effective management by the community and multiple intervention of environmental protection , preservation of habitats and species of the wildlife and forestay. DDS’s this program has key focus to work fro environment protection to save earth from further degradation through comprehensive environment and natural resources management program through community engagement .
